He's having trouble turning around and the tank is 3 feet front to back outside dimentions. I'm guessing right at 3 feet + or - an inch.

Actually I have been worried about that. A scared 20 pound rip saw cat fitting through a small opening in the tank is going to be interesting....

Sweet build, how old is the gator gar? That niger is huge!

It's a T Gar, close relation, but doesn't get as big. Its about 5 to 6 years old now.
