SRT texas should fade. If it dont, then it is just a regular red texas which is worthless. I would pass on it. I have kept texas and flowerhorns for 5 yrs.

Total waste of money. Get some fry off of cj barth you have a much better chance of getting a nice red one from him rather than $150 for one fish. I have similar red texas that were $20 each from rainnybeatta and julie from thailand.

Here's a pic from aquascape. IMO they need to show the pattern at a small size, they're never gonna grow into it. Not worth $150.
