I am interested in purchasing a full grown L253 and I wanted to know, do you guys think he will eat my 2.75-3.5" fish cause I heard they are carnivorous and I really don't want any harm to come to my smaller fish?
Should I get it?

It will be fine. Carnivourous plecos mostly like a more meaty diet but not live fish. My L-114 is 10 inches and a carnivore also. I feed him mostly NLS pellets and shrimp pellets. He is in an 80 gallon with rainbows some which are 2 inches and completly ignores them.
