A little overfed possibly, however my last Common pleco I had grew from 2" to about 12" in around 6 months, and hit 18" in about 2 years. Ended up giving him away. Didn't feel like dealing with him anymore.

Just passed the 10inch marked this weekend, Also went to petco to get filter pads, and for $20 they had a L-27 Royal about 4".
Nice looking plecs you have! I really like the L27. I have a green that has the exact same coloration as yours there, and a lighter one that is the mustard yellow variety. Found my favorite pleco in your collection

Just noticed the tail of your L200, It is damaged, and deformed... Did he have some trauma to his tail when he was younger?

PS I like your new Avatar!

Yeah it was like that when I picked it up from the Brothers Pet Store. I think it was a bad tear he got from a Texas Cichlid that was in the tank. It just never grow back properly

It looks pretty fresh, within the last couple months. Still looks healthy though. What all are you feeding you plecos??? Other than the obvious lettuce...

Have to try beefheart, also forgot to mention Salmon, thawed bits of salmon my fish go nuts, you can only feed once a week though because it pollutes the water a little.

I prefer Tilapia when I use fish. But usually I just let them have whatever my aros won't eat from the raw market shrimps.
