I think he is just a common pleco... at least to plecostomus.org articles!

It's a sailfin(gibbiceps).

Commons are a gray and dull white(see below).

That's the plan but for now, it's a growout tank for 11 plecos, L007, L387, 3 L333, 4 L128, L204 and a Super Red BN. I also have 4 rainbows (M trifasciatas) and 7 guppies in there too.
