yours is kinda half half though isnt it. yours has quite a cool pattern
Most of them are half spotted and half lined. The fully spotted ones do exist, but are not as good looking in my opinion. I'll post a pic of one in a second.

the full spotted are a rarer variety then? i think theres one in the panaque thread i made

They are slightly rarer in the hobby, but I believe it is due to the fact that they are just less sought after.

Yeah which is pretty normal. There are also those that have the spots at the head and tail, but the middle is stripped. I have heard that the full spots may develop with age, but mine has grown several inches and no change in his spots.

Possibly, it was only a rumor, no definite proof though. could also be like the 200s and just have two varieties.

i think the patterns just vary as apposed to varients, just because there structures are the same
