I decided to post this picture, it's just an ordinary typical Pet Smart Pleco but it looks like I'm holding it, sorta. I am not, I'm holding my phone and the reflection did the special effect, not intended! Anyway, I have a pair of these fish that were tiny when purchased. They were so small that I didn't think they would survive.
It seems like plecos love wood, from my experience. This one here sniffs out the food that floats and it sticks its gristley head above the surface to slop up grub!
