what do you recomend are the top foods i should be feeding. i thinking super mkt shrimp, krill, beef heart??/ etc..

market shrimp, krill are all good. I'd use beef heart only as treat every once in a while.
I feed mine mainly smelt and market shrimp. if you can find whole smelt that'll be the best as all the extra calcium from the head would help with the growth.

yea, mine is fat. power feed it for like a week or so it'll get fat in no time. mine loves smelt.
