can you give us some more info?? I am wanting to try this. Im gonna use one of my millions of malawi shrimp.

Wow, I haven't checked the invert forum in a while. Nice to see so much interest in this.
To be honest, as far as temp goes, I really have no idea, but everything seems to be going well. I started with 2 male and 2 female shrimp and both females have berried. One produced babies a couple weeks ago, so I'm getting ready to set up a tank to thin them out into as they grow cause 2 gallons is NOT enough room for 100+ shrimp. I've also added a single pond snail, which has reproduced, and a few copepods and daphnia which are also doing well and multiplying. A little sprig of bladderwort also hitchhiked into the setup and is spreading across the surface. It has turned into a pretty cool little nano invert setup. I'll post up more info and pics tonight or tomorrow

Decided to go bigger but having trouble finding the perfect jar with a lid. I will not be feeding
That's really cool! Do you keep it under lights or just next to the window to help the plants? Also, how much are you feeding to keep the water good?
