Do you do water changes?

What percentage of water do you change?
21-30%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every week
If I do not change my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.
My flowerhorn has been losing its color and KOK, hasn’t been eating for the past 4-5 days and isn’t aggressive at all. It’s been excreting white stringy poo as well. Looks like a fungal infection to me. I bought fungal medication and added it to the tank 2 days back but hasn’t seemed to work. Tried epsom salt as well l. What do I do?

How long have you had the FH? what size tank? is the tank cycled? Tank mates? what are your water parameters?
If you just bought it find out what the owner feed him also if you just bought it the KOK will go down due to shipping and being relocated stressed out fish
You can try a unshelled pea stuffed with epsom salt
