Update on the SDs. I think I cover what I wanted to say in the narrative to the video. I think I continue noticing that the back bars are markedly more skittish than the red hooks. There is some kind of rather vicious pecking order disputes within the group, it seems... as evidenced by the missing pieces out of fins.

Finally, the SD's got their long awaited upgrade. To 1800 gal!

The beginning of this video covers it:

One of the two pumps running the 1800 gal quit (power surge) and the tank mostly emptied except the lower portion of the tank. Everyone was understandably freaking out and several fish laid in 0.5" of water in the upper part of the tank, including some SDs. IDK for how long. All came back to life after I turned the pump back on except this one widebar.

Indeed, don't house SD's on liner with folds. Nor stick your pinkies in their mouth. These teeth are strong and sharp! No wonder it's a miniature pacu!

Final size ~11". About 5 years old.

Sorry for the loss. A beautiful female. Those teeth are mighty impressive.
Thank you. Teach me how you sexed it, if you will, please.
