snakehead gudgeon or sleeper goby?

Usually to 30-40cm, I've had males just over 45cm before though. I catch mine as adults so couldn't really say how fast they will grow, lots of babies around in the creeks at the moment under 10cm and usually don't see any that size by end of year so I'd say they grow reasonably quickly.
