Just got back from the KLCC Aquarium in Kuala Lumpur, which has an impressive collection of giant snakeheads. I tried my best to snap some decent photos, but it was difficult, between the movement of the fish and my attempts to hold the camera dead still.

My first Channa Pleuro, bought it 3 weeks ago...price was RM4. (Ringgit Malaysia)
Cute little fella, it is a big eater and fast swimmer.

What species are 4"? Can you post a picture?

C.Orientalis are the smallest.they look like C.Gachua but have no pelvic fins ..
Here are a couple of pics of mine these are the Kottawa forrest type and around a yr old and approx 5"
