all the bondo is for is to round off internal edges really. may end up using kitty hair instead. its some good stuff. would like to use metal to metal but may not stick to wood - dont know. and its pricey, but once it hardens its pure metal.

I do like kitty hair for most projects, and if you do a layer of fiberglass, it would probably bond better to it.

still trying to find some good fiberglass. probably going to have to order it via internet. not much on doing that but stores around here only have sheets @ 8 sq ft each. plus i figure, thicker the cloth - stronger the tank. almost considered just doing the whole outside in fiberglass for strenght reasons, and finding an alternative for the inside, but after veiwing a couple of builds with pond liners installed. i think it might be more of a pain in the ass than just fiberglassing the whole deal. cut my plywood on the front panel flush with the inside frame where the window will go. reason for that is now i can just get a metal frame for the window welded, drilled and tapped and just screw it to the window frame and cover it wth fiberglass also before putting the glass in. the main construction of the tank is pretty much done. just need to tie up a few lose ends and start coating it all. :naughty:

DONATIONS WELCOME =) lol. will keep posted
