Yes I know u don't have to be mean... I'm just trying to understand what is happening... I'm on the fish hospital as we speak.. I would def believe it was a bacteria infection cuz of what I witnessed with the silver dollars but it doesn't make sense to me that they would be itching.. And there is a white/gray film on the fish right I'm not just crazy?
People are trying to help you. People who have tons of experience. Your fish caught something from adding fish straight from an lfs without housing them alone first . Add salt and go to the store and get some http://www.seachem.com/Products/product_pages/KanaPlex.html. You must treat both tanks that are affected. The answers are right on this thread and they are not being mean. They are making simple suggestions by going by the facts. As far as I can see ( according to your video's and pictures ) They possibly may have some kind of parasite. But My personal opinion is to treat with kanaplex first. You will see results ..... After that treatment it would be a good idea to soak all your fishes pellets / food with 1 tablespoon of distilled water with a teaspoon of Epsom salt and feed that to all of your fish for 10 days. you could even try feeding them that while treating with kanaplex if they start eating. This will help with purging whatever parasites they may have contracted.

Yea I know and thank u.. I just stormed to the pet store and caused a scene... They said it's a bacteria infection they had in the tank and they are treating it with bacteria medicine and in there words said it's not doing anything.. Where I then asked for a manager who went digging for answers and came back with a observation paper from the tank that the said symptoms were cloudy eyes and red Gils

VHS is Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia, found in fish where ponds, rivers lakes are exposed to the virus, by any number of means (bird droppings, flow, introduction of infected species, etc. Because its viral, very hard, probably impossible to treat.
Bacterial HS can be treated with strong antibiotics (maybe).
I don't see either is the cause, but I'm not a vet, and not there.
If either of these was in my tanks, I'd probably euthanize all inhabitants, sanitize everything, and start over.
The key is not letting these pathogens in, but hindsight is always 20/20.
