David, I flame NY because I've lived here for 26 years and I see what is slowly happening. As far as this law not the first time I've heard it. Thanks for the info tho. No hard feelings, chill man.

We had rays in stock where I work a week or two ago.... Will talk to the owner to see if he's heard anything. I'm in upstate NY
