I know that they kill themselves in transit also, they secrete loads of ammonia. Im looking for fish between 8-12".

Yeh most dont even make it that far.
I had some 5"-7" ones collected from Peru, Monos, and they smashed 2 holding tanks and smashed them selfs to ribbons. As they are not used to being near humans or kept in tanks.
So they had to be returned to the river.
If i grow any ive got ill let you know but only 2 left unsold now mate.

As Erm says they are Tats and yes there is one left for sale if you are in the UK.
