Cefixime or Cephalosporin be good?

Man, I don't know I've never heard of either one of those medications. Whatever you use, it needs to be something that has shown to be effective against "Flavobacterium columnar" or "bacillus columnaris", or at the very least, gram negative bacteria in fish.

But, looking here, it doesn't list "columnaris" as bacteria it is effective against.....
