So KKP = mouth close + tail cut... and what else?
Is a true KKP worth money then (I know $80 is still crazy)

BP = triangle mouth + tail

this is just a bp with its tail removed.

its KKP, regular blood parrots only grow up to 6-8 inches, ive seen this one in person. And they are not born like this, their tails were cut off, it is now illegal to sell them.

The only reason lfs cut their tails is to make more bucks? Or could this be demands of hobby?

In my place people usually called it heart shape parrot and this price is more exp rather than standard normal BP.

I think the price is influence becoz how the breeder created them while around 1-1.5 inches they will cut their tail using nail-nippers and sumtimes not many will survive but as for a expert breeder the risk of the death will be very low.

Too bad there's lots of lovers like to buy this type of fish maybe because unique but as for me my self...I'm not interested since the breeder still keep producing the same kind of fish each month.
