Well I am making rough guesses as to sam's size, but he LOOOOOKS to have an average diameter of around 7-8in (not max, average) which would put him between 85-110lbs if you approximate him as a long skinny cylinder, 5 feet long.

This is helpful in calculating fish weight. I calculated using the sturgeon one, and rough estimate of 36" girth for Sam it said about 120 lbs.

36" girth is like 12" diameter. I didn't think Sam was that big.
