tank conversion 5000 to 10000 gallons

current plan is as follows
1) set up temp tank inside new tank ( now working on this )
2) move plumbing to work on temp tank
3) fill and heat temp tank
4) lower pond liner at the window between the two tanks
5) cut out the 1.5 inch window between the two tank while underwater..........pneumatic sawzall !!
6) remove window
7) calmly wait for sam or sam and a few friends to swim peacefully into the new side.
8) raise pondliner to keep sam on new side
9) secure liner and temp structural wall
10) move any fish left in current tank
11) drain current tank and the 12 inch vertical 'slab' of the new tank up to the pond liner
12) saw out the old wall ( concrete cutting co. )
13 water proof the cut
14) refill
15 ) sam swims in to his new home
16) remove the pond liner and temp structural wall.
17) sit down and have a cold drink.

I last went to LA January 2006. Back when I didnt know about Sam, fish or anything, didnt even have a tank. It was a holiday. But looking at my circumstances and financle problems, I'll be there when I turn 20.
