Aesthetically, I don't really care for the pile of pipes. I like it because I have been able to see certain fish that I had never seen on the camera before.

I see your point. After watching for a while, I see how the pipes attract the smaller fish to the front of the tank. John, are you planning to have anything else (like rocks or logs) at the front of the tank to attract the smaller fish once the pipes are removed...

BTW, thanks for moving the camera angle. It`s great.
 
I just want to chime in again and say you have an amazing setup. And I find the live camera to be quite entertaining for when things get dull.

John are there any lights on the new side of the tank? It looks pretty dark on that side and I wonder if that's why some of the fish are hesitant to move to that side.

thanks for the thoughts....lights on both sides....i have tried different combinations....sam is not moving yet:irked:

not sure.in the past all the rocks and wood were along the sides and back.....
