tank conversion 5000 to 10000 gallons

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
now its filling again!

So the question is how long will it take for temps to get to acceptable levels. I assume it has cooled both sides down so you likely don't have to wait as long as if you were just heating the tank and then putting the fish in.

Look forward to seeing this bad boy done. And I am amazed at how quick it has gone.

tank filled slowly at night and i woke up to this leak:irked::irked::irked:

fixed the leak and refilled..waiting for the water on the rhs to come up to temp

Bummer! I take it the leak was just a bad bit of waterproofing on the cut wall?
Is there any way for you to know if this has happened at the back of the tank too?
I guess there's a solid wall at the back, but it's just something that occurred to me.....

Lookin murky in there...!

Are you just fillin to the same height as the extension, then topping up once the barrier wall is down?

Sorry John, I always have so many questions...!!
