If budget is a concern then I say wait for black friday and either get one in store or online.

Keep in mind the FX6 is a FAR bigger filter than the 406.

I agree with others, 2 FX6s would be good on that size tank. That will get you up to a reasonable 10X turnover.

If you're putting in a powerhead, maybe something like a Jebao RW-8. Fairly reliable, inexpensive, lots of wide slow current, but adjustable. Just point it towards the bottom of the tank and it should get everything circulating well and off the bottom.
Is it better for me to get the Jebao PP-8 or should I just get Jebao PP-20 cause I'm gonna be upgrading my tank in the near future

I'd say go with the 20, you can always set it lower than max if you want less current. But you can't turn a smaller pump higher than max. :) (Maybe turn it to 11...)

i had the power head that someone posted the link to on here. it was on my 90 gal and was WAY too much for my 90... the oscar looked like a pickup truck in a midwestern tornado.

the power head and water dynamics are interesting to say the least.

i have a small power head now on the left side of the tank towards the top of the tank pointing to the right side. the current goes across the top, hits the wall, and goes down to towards the bottom of the tank. this carries sediment across the bottom of the tank to the filter inlet.

when i had it pointing towards the bottom across the tank at 45 degree, it barely moved anything. even when i had it near the bottom, it didnt move as much sediment.

i think its easier to move water near the surface than it is to move water near the bottom.
