Tank mates for dwarf puffers

Since dwarf puffers are freshwater. I was thinkin of gettin like 4-5 of them(3 females oer male i knw). And mayb a pictus catfish or somethin. They will go in my 30 gallon. Wht mayb another good tankmate like cordoya or a gourmai. Somethin cool to make the tank look nice. I will probly plant the tank too. with tons of hiding spots.

Lots of people put ottos with their DPs, and some accept shrimp, but most fish would either be harassed by them, or be too big and be able to eat them.

never heard of that. Idt the pictus wld eat them as they only get about 3" and the dwarfs get mayb 2". The problem wld be nippy ness

I rlly want a pictus catfish if this wont work then i will proby get a peacock eel and pictus catfish. And mayb a 20 long with a saltwater puffer

also, if a fish eats a DP it will die, there poisonous, they carry Tetrodotoxin in there tissues, pretty much all puffers do

http://www.dwarfpuffers.com/ This link has suitable tankmates. Puffers tend to chew and munch on any slow moving tankmates. There was a thread yesterday about a fahaka taking a bite out of a fire eel.

At 6'' they will. I'd get some fast swiming fish like tetras.
