ok i take that back now i had to reseperate so now its the ebjd by himself not just that but i guess i may of cut the melafix off to soon terriable out break in ich ebjd is just coverd as well as all 4 of my others on the other side dosed some more melafix removed carbon for longest time ebjd was inactive now hes out shaking it off which in past situations i find to be good sign
Well im so relieved i didnt just wasted 50 bucks for the ebjd he seems to be clearing up alot now thats good news on another note got home today and the Red Devil was over there with ebjd kinda freaked me out not knowing whats goin on but ebjd seems okay i reseperated i really need to get rid of these other fish and just keep the EBjd the looks of the ebjd seems like it would be well worth it.. so ladyginger if i were u i would put ANYthing but cichlids in with your ebjd(not saying wont get along) but is it really worth the risk i dont know how long it took u to get yours but mine was 5 months in the making!
My first question is it normal for the ebjd to have a red almost dark orange like the regualr jd on the dorsal fin mine has one , with that said i have crushed coral and black gravel mixed i see lil specs of white all over the bottom of my tank on top of the black gravel my first thought was pieces of Coral.... Could that be ich? i know its stupid question being as ich in stastis form is the ball of white ON fish.. then they go free swimmers.. but could it be im not quite the expert on that and well i dont want to go spend another 50 for another one. i have found somone to take the rest of my fish of my hands so that the ebjd will be in 55 gal by himself.. i have also talk someone into pickin me up better filtration than hob im goin canister....but only in trade for my T5 lightin set plus my old filtration 55/75..it is my brother and i still owe him 50 for the ebjd.. fair deal or no?How high can i keep my Temp at to rid ich and leave some tolerance for the ebjd? sorry i know this isnt my thread and is a lot of topic but it is of upmost importance.. they say ich can kill fast and well its like the 2nd day and i dont believe my malefix is working
