Want to get a dojo loach but want to know if it can become full grown in a 30 gallon or not.

Umm I dealy you should convert your intire basement to an aquarium and it should be fine!
You should be fine with a 40.. possibly a 30.

The bigger, even better. For a 30, you can house Pangios.

It will live well maybe but I dunno about full grown. I have seen them around a foot long and thicker then any hotdog I've seen

Post pics! I have never seen them that big. If so, I want one!

Me too.:WHOA: :nilly: Wurm is just as obsessed with loaches as I am.:grinyes:

I have kept them in a 44 gallon drum which had about 8 inches of earth/mud and layer of old leaves at the bottom. Only water change was when it rained since the drum was under the downpipe. They kept on breeding and breeding happily. Easy low maintenance fish with great personality (IMO).

LOL. They are for sale maybe. Not in a pet shop but in a chinese buffet. I dont know if they are for sale but they have this big pond when you enter and it says like koi or fish for sale. They are in there (like a couple) with some koi and cichilds. I dont know if they are for sale but they are huge!!!! The places keeps good care of their fish. They were breeding some type of big cichild. This was like 3-4 years ago. Its been a while. The loaches are probably still in there. They had this huge castle ornament there and they would like crawl on the parts and lil parts of them would stick out of the water. Very cool
