completely agree.Clay;4418741; said:I try not to comment on individual tattoos, but there are some good oens and some bad ones. It's all about your individual tastes, but you do get what you pay for. I have one on my upper arm/shoulder that I would like to remove or cover up. I was on deployment in Israel (USMC) and thought it would be great to get a tattoo... I think I was 18 or 19. It has faded a bit... I can't decide if I want to use a product called Wrecking Balm, but maybe I'll get around to it.
The point is that tastes change. What's cool now or means something to you now, likely won't in 15-20 years. Then when you're setting an example for your son/daughter, it's a different story.
I only suggest that from a professional standpoint, just make sure all of your tattoos are hidden by a short sleeve shirt. It's awkward to be tattooed and declined for a position based on something you decided to tattoo on your forearm 15 years ago. Fortunately, I never got inked anywhere visible in my professional career.
Not sure what this Wrecking Balm is, but i'd be careful using these products??? best bet is normally to use laser to get rid of a tattoo albeit a lot more painful and expensive then getting the tattoo...Clay;4418741; said:I try not to comment on individual tattoos, but there are some good oens and some bad ones. Other options would be to get a cover up tattoo of some sort, although that most likely means going larger than the original tattoo you already have... and that only works if its not got a lot of solid black areas in it...
