I told my wife when we finally decided to buy a house that it has to have a man room. In return she got a spare bedroom to turn into whatever she wants. My bar is 15'x30'. Her room is 10'x11'. I think I won on that deal. 
This is our first house. 4br/2ba and 2300sq.ft. We were living with her pregnant cousin before we moved in here. Makes you appereciate having a place of your own

Not what i want.. but isn;t that always the problem!! Being happy with what you have yeah. That part's a bish! I was hoping to build a huge pond in the backyard but our septic ended taking up the whole backyard. It's huge! SO now I'm going to put a smaller two tier pond in the front.
I am so glad we don't have septic here!!I have room for pond.. but I Want natvie fish
And am not willing right now to go through the hoops to get it ready..I am also tossing aroudn some other ideas.. but MUCH more cash flow would be needed for that venture.. Especially if we move
I heare ya. I'm still not sure what kind of fish I want to stock the pond with. We live in the forest with black bears and raccoons so I kinda want something that'll put up a good fight. Maybe put a few ATF's in there. lol
