lol, and yes, turbos and there components are very expensive. The turbos I'm getting are $2,100.
 
I've only seen ones for big transports that cost that much, you gotta put money where you want quality tho, and id assume your EGR is just a port on the hot size of your turbo? should be just attached with hose clamps from what i've seen...tho im sure if thats the case you'd have already removed it and plugged it.

Sort of, I found a pic of it last night, finally. It's a valve on the back of my exhaust header and plenum that opens in high speeds and a solenoid on the firewall. I'm removing it to clean up the engine bay. Google is not very helpful with rare and exotic cars. :D
 
I am resurrecting this old but great thread. I've never replied in it before. But as I'm an hour deep into my second shift I remembered teh night crew. Topic of the night is how many ounces of coffee will I need. Already downed 16. Who is awake or working?
