Hello everyone I wanted to know how big trmensis peacock bass get and would 1 temensis by itself be fine in a 125 gallon tank thank you.

Can get up to 40in and a 125g wouldn’t be fine long term.

Temensis are the largest species of peacock bass, the largest one ever caught was 43 inches, but most stay in the 24-30 inch range, and with that being said, a 125 is far too small for one. You'll need closer to 1000 gallons for a temensis, This is a 880 gallon temensis tank, the temensis have since been rehomed as the tank was deemed too small for them . If you want a peacock bass for your 125, then go for a kelberi, they stay around 10-14 inches, though they have hit 18 inches. Also understand this is a long-term commitment, these fish live for 20+ years.

Would a kelberi get eaten by my red tail tiger zhovelnose hybrid
Well seeing as the red tail tiger shovelnose will get close to 3 times the size of the kelberi, I'd assume the bass would eventually be eaten. And your red tail tiger shovelnose hybride will outgrow a 125 too

The catfish will outgrow the pbass quick and if can fit in it’s mouth then u know the saying on mfk.
