terrarium vs aquarium

I own reptiles, 6 snakes, a turtle and a caiman and I have never had any have any with oil. I have used fish tanks for snakes and vise versa, there is no problem doing so. Just clean them out and your good. To answer the first question, terrariums are thin on the glass and can't hold the pressure of water.
