Thanx bro, been awhile since I've lost a fish so I guess I should count myself lucky(knock on wood). Sucked he was the more aggressive outgoing of the 2.jlnguyen74;5104227; said:Dang! I'm so sorry for your loss, bro!
have you ever lost a fish like an oscar? those things come to the side of the tank and follow you around just like a dog! dont get me wrong i love dogs but i love my fish too.Bry;4251058; said:I can't say I have ever thought of a fish as a pet in the same sense of a dog being a pet. Sure I take care of my fish and treat them well but to say there is any love there would be a stretch. lol
I see it as more of a loss of money.
While I was in Va, at the Motor Pool, I was filling my truck up when I heard a loud smash against my hood. Looked around didn't see anyone... put the gas pump back walked to the driver side and what do i see. A GIANT KOI laying on the ground... far away from any residential area with a pond. A Bird must of dropped it because it fell from the sky it was already dead though.hello. is it possible that all my koi are dead? I dont see them anymore. It is about 15c outside at nighttime, so I dont think the cold did them in. I never seen a cat or big fishing bird at the pond, but I am not always looking. so is it possible that are sitting under the plant roots at the bottom of the pond? I dont see them, and it is sunny and warm today. They were doing so good for so many years.
