The experiment has begun!

Quite frankly, I wasn't taking it back because of you—the GIF told me you were joking—but I did it more for Backfromthedead's comment.

Well, the only thing I have is to be careful; you don't want to kill your prized stock with this. You might want to try this on a tub or something with less expensive fish, but if you are confident this could work, then, by all means, go for it. Finding a cheaper solution to "official" filtration media would be excellent.

Also, I'm sorry if I genuinely hurt your feelings; I only meant the nickname jokingly. I didn't mean it to be offensive; that is mea culpa.

Thanks. I have decided. The experiential will be conducted on a tub containing a small fish. I have a small, inexpensive fish which I will experiment on. That's my baby zebra tilapia.

Chill out dude, it was just a joke.
I have heeded everyone's advice and conducting the experiment on a smaller fish. I will keep you guys updated.
BTW @jjohnwm let's hope the fish don't mutate into something big and nasty due to my experiment, otherwise I really will be the guinea pig lol.
