My good friend Loulou and myself wanted a photo thread for us to generally argue about each others photos, then learn from them....here is the thread for that, anyone with a point of view is more that welcome to comment and or post photos for us both to comment on.

I've just got a new DSLR and Lou's had one for a bit so the point of this is to learn about what each of us have done and learn from it

I'll go first:

Sorry... been tied up with my brother's wedding ...and my internet has been down for the past week or so!

Brother Yanbbrox, I have been using autofocus till now... I rather like it this way and use manual on settings instead...

AP critique time, I prefer the color shot So much more life in the picture than the B+W

Thank you much, brother It was tiring as hell (Tamil weddings are so long and complicated) but, fortunately, everything went fine

As in regards to B&W, you know how much I love this style... I keep trying it from time to time...

For now, we'll stick to pictures... but after a few we'll have to start posting exif data and any post-processing info... the aim to know learn about the various settings used so that we can replicate what works and avoid what doesn't...

All this while having a lot of fun!
