Just an excuse to take some photos, I'm thinking of getting a new lens and torn between a telephoto or macro, I can't afford both, either way it doesn't matter as the camera is broken:cry:

There is a problem with the flash. If you shoot in auto after the camera has done a light reading and decided there is not enough light the flash will auto pop up. To close it you just push it down and it clicks back into place, well it's supposed to but it won't click back in. I've sent it back to Nikon today for repair. It's covered under warranty but it's still a pain not having it, especially with the pond project starting up again.

I can't fault the camera but everything Nikon do seem to take ages. It took 3 weeks to arrive in the first place and now I'm looking at 3-5 weeks for repair. I'll have to dust off the P+S for the pond pics
