I do give Thurman credit with he seemed to land more power punches but Porter landed more jabs and clearly was the aggressor.
 
A good night of boxing with matches on HBO as well as Showtime tonight.

Now all we get is sweaty men with tattoos on their heads rolling around in their underwear
 
Premiere Boxing Champions is on tonight on ESPN.The first match is underway and a coworker of mine is the referee.
 
Andre Ward is going to dummy some poor scrub tonight. It looks like he'll be fighting Kovalev after this one. Kovalev will whoop him I think.

No problem.
There's also Olympic boxing going on today. I'm going to try and check it out if I'm back from the range in time.
 
Has anyone been watching the Olympic boxing? Some good fights so far.
I didn't realize they changed the scoring to a 10 point must system like pro boxing and they also got rid of the headgear.
 
I have not caught any Olympic boxing action yet and was not aware of those changes.They are certainly welcomed in my opinion.
 
Fifty one years old Bernard Hopkins might finally be done as he was knocked through the ropes and out of the ring during his fight with against someone named Joe Smith.
