I know what you mean. I started out with dels and i still love their coloring, but my favourit fish in my tank is my pollis bichir. He has a great character
But my dream bichir is a teugelsi, so i voted for this.
If i'm lucky enough, i will have a chance to get one this year ?

Never owned a poly, but ornates have the best colors imo.
Yes, but unfortunately their color seems to fade as they grow bigger...
Yeah, still good pattern as adults but definitely worse colors, but I guess it’s that way for most fish.
I adore all the lower jaws, especially pbbs, but I had to vote teugs! I just love their round, weird shaped heads!!
