It is female with eggs but Ive never had a Tiger Barb lay any.

Tiger barbs are egg scatters which means the female scatters eggs in plants and the male releases spermto fertilize them. They cant necessarily get pregnant like guppies and other livebearers. She is most likely full of eggs and ready to spawn

Update i think it is full from being fed generously no eggs I have seen
