Too many blood parrot cichlids for my tank? Opinions?

My tanks get 85-90% once a week, and are seriously under stocked by most hobbyist standards.

i got a 125 with a 8in female Red Terror and a 10in Male Midas and they get 3 80% WC a week

I do 80% wc 2 times a month but my tank is fully planted which helps with parameters. In my other cichlid tanks I would do them weekly. I think to be safe you should do them weekly. It’s only 30% that you are doing anyways so shouldn’t be too hard.
