Betta's are pretty bad for their size.

I probably would have narrowed it down to non-cichlid and non-piranha. With that said, I'd probably go with:
Goliath tiger fish
pikes (all types are fairly aggressive and get REALLY bad if you feed them live)
lung fish
bichirs
puffers (fahaka and figure 8s)
wolf fish
alligator gar
devil catfish
Theres plenty more obviously, but this was just off the top of my head.

I throw the bluegills in this mix. This includes amongst themselves and if any other fish show any form of submission. Everyday behavior. However, in breeding season behavior is significantly worse.
Gars, Pirhana, Asian and South American RTC, Jardini, Betta, Goliath Tiger Fish, freshwater cuda
