Trimac Questions

OKAY, one more thing. Maybe two questions actually. I know that there cant be any other cichlids if I go with a 75, and thats kool with me. But what about cleanup?
Plecos and Catfish? I was thinking maybe pleco, catfish might be a stretch. But my thinking doesn't compare with your expierences, so?
Any thoughts, or suggestions?

It's a gamble. Every Trimac has his/her own level of aggression and who they will or won't accept in the tank with them. You could try and if the pleco gets killed, it's only then that you'll know. Pleco's aren't really good for cleanup anyway IME, they make a LOT of waste and will deteriorate your water quality very quickly.

Yes they definitely have teeth. The decor could go either way, it's personal preference. I use a mix of driftwood and stones.
i would say not as the dovii has because trimacs grow smaller but they have nice set of teeth and a bite from even 10 incher could be very painfull and can cause blood ,they also are predators and just love to eat other fish even those who are to big to fit in their mouth they just devour them
