Just updating my post...my hemichromis elongatus have successfully spawned theyre 3rd batch of eggs...I love these fish...

They may have been infertile...only the first 2 spawns survived...the last 2 spawns the eggs have been eatin after 36 hours of laying them...they always lay eggs at the sametime around 10am to noon then not that night but the next night they are eaten...I dont know what to do

It only took them 13 days to lay more eggs...5th spawn...I got them october 17 2012

It took a little while longer this time because I had to divide them due to aggression problems but they are as im typing this laying theyre 7th batch of eggs...
