Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
No

I just got my fish in the mail today and got them in the tank that has been cycling the last two weeks. The fish seem to be twitching like their skin is irritated? Mostly the tapajos I’ll try to get a video of it here in a second. I have not done a water test because I couldn’t find my test kit I have to run and buy one in the morning. I have not done a water change yet as the fish have not been in the tank

Welcome to the forum!
Are they rubbing against the decor or just twitching next to each other?

Welcome aboard
It's possible that the aquarium is not fully cycled. The parameters may not be stable so fish are affected by that.
What were you using to cycle the aquarium product such as ammonia, or fish in cycle?

I just used all the stuff I was going to put in along with the plants it’s a planted aquarium, and they are rubbing against stuff when they twitch

Rubbing against stuff sounds like they may have ich.
I do agree that testing and posting params is a must to rule out ammonia.

It normally takes a tank 6-8 weeks to cycle.
Being fully cycled means it has a large enough population of ammonia consuming bacteria to eat all the ammonia the fish put out.
This does not normally happen in 2 weeks.
During the cycle period, how were you feeding the bacterial population you were trying to cultivate?
Using straight bottles ammonia? pieces of shrimp? Sacrificial fish?
