ULTRA RARE: Hawaiian yellow anthias, Hawaii

I have for sale 3 Hawaiian yellow anthias' (Holanthias fuscinnipis). These were personally collected by me using a rebreather at a depth of 210ft in a cave. These extremely hardy and readily captivity adapting anthias' are similar to their indonesian counterparts (holanthias borbonius), however fuscinnipis is found only in Hawaii and nowhere else in the world. Average size is 3", with the maximum size attained being 6". These eat any meaty frozen foods and live brine. Currently, myself included, there are only 3 divers in the world collecting this fascinating species. Each were net captured and decompressed for several hours in a custom made decompression chanber ensuring that the quality and health of the fish are at a premium. I also keep them in my system for a minimum of 5 days to ensure that the fish is eating and healthy. In japan these rare beauties go for $1800 each. I am selling them for just $1,000 each with an alive arrival guarantee. I can take visa, mastercard, and money wire payments. I can ship both domestically and international via airlines.

I actually posted a video of me catching bandit angels at 200ft. a few months back. The anthias` are actually a communal type of fish and are found in small groups of 3-4 on the roofs of deep water caves. In fact, they are most abundant at 300ft. so my 210ft. collection would be considered shallow... I found this particular cave months ago when we were looking for juvenille bandit angelfishes (desmoholacanthus arcuatus)and GPS marked it for future exploration. About 2 weeks ago I got my new $10,000 rebreather up and running and wet straight back to the spot... I even saw an even rarer fish in the cave, a 4" Hawaiian sunset basslet (Liopropoma aurora). So using 2 red handnets--thanks Walmart-- I managed to snag 3 anthias` after 1 hour of chasing them all over creation on the roof of a massive deepwater cave.... very exhausting. Using my buddy`s homemade decompression chamber for the fish was great success. We were able to chamber the fish at depth, pressurize it, and then bring them straight up and slowly release the pressure over the course of several hours to avoid swim bladder issues. Amquel and O2 were added to the chamber to ensure that the fish survived without ammonia burn. I plan to hit up the spot again very soon to get more and try for the sunset basslet ($2500 retail in Japan).

I only collect fish in Hawaii... As I am a U.S. citizen (Hawaii is the 50`th state) collecting in another country without proper permits, visas, licenses, etc. is totally illegal for me. If fact, most countries require you to be a legal citizen of that country in order to collect fish with the intent to sell.
