Ummm Idk wtf this is on my pleco

Ok a new symptom Has arrived. So the fish is jerking it’s head like crazy. So you know when a cat gets a bag on its head it goes crazy and starts jerking it’s head around and hitting it’s head on stuff. That’s essentially what this fish is doing. The salt didn’t help AT ALL. It’s been about 3/4 days I’m not sure ( when ever I posted last) but it hasn’t helped one bit. I’m pretty sure it’s something bad. It just hasn’t effected it yet. I’ll try to get a video of him jerking his head but idk., those plecos are smart. They can see through the glass and they’re very skiddish so when they see me they go in their caves.
I also really wanna thank you guys for helping me. I feel most wouldn’t do as much as u guys

Ok at this point I am almost positive that it is a growth and not bacteria. I say almost because he stopped banging his head against the rocks so... im not 100% but it’s close enough. Thanks guys if anything further comes up then I will definitely post a new thread

Well if it's possible try taking him to a fish vet, but I know they can be hard to come by.
