Sad update to the thread... lost my ansorgii to an infection. It hit hard and fast. By the time I realized what was going on, he was too far gone so I had to euthanize him.

So Im now down to just my endli. He is just a bit bigger than the ansorgii. At last measurement up against the glass was 19 1/2" but that was a while ago so likely 20" by now.

Hadnt been on the poly section of the forum in a while. Sadly my big 20" endli passed away in June of 2024. So at the moment not a single poly in the house. Had a buddy who has offered me some but just not sure if I want to do the big lower jaw polys again for a while.

So while the 300 is still up and running, without the polys in it, I think this will be the last of the updates in this section of the forum.

Well it does get worse, lol. I had to euthanize my red wolf fish yesterday. He was just getting old and had cataracts. Was not eating anymore, getting skinny and was just listless, floating at the top. This was a fish that would attack the gravel vac during water changes and was super interactive. I was actually afraid of him biting me and then I saw him go downhill to the point of just being a floating log.
