Brief Introduction -->
So my name is Courtney, I am 21 years old and I work at Aquamart in Lakewood, Colorado -- but I will NOT be using these forums as a place to advertise for my place of employment (I wanted to say that now so that I will hopefully not be accused of it in the future -- I am addicted to fishies and love furthering my own knowledge, so what I post here is for my own personal benefit and not for my store, though I may add our website to my sticky signature, if I remember).
With that being said --->
We got in four knives the other day (two species and two of each) that I am having a hard time identifying. I know I have one narrowed down. They're an Orthosternarchus tamandua.
The other set is completely eluding me! They're a pale blue-ish white, with a rat-tail and a straight back, like black ghosts and glass knives; however they almost have a trumpet-like snout, like the tamandua.
Any help at all would be muchly appreciated!!! Even just a scientific name would help out a lot! I take of these little guys and just want to make sure that they are given the best care I can possibly give them.
