im assuming you know they grow very fast and eat everything.
they get around 2 feet.

my last 1 was about 18-19" aprox had to get rid of it because it kept jumping out of tank.1 night did not look in tank before bed but when i got up the tank was empty found down back of tank covered in carpet burns and no wiskers.he must have been out of tank for at least 8 hours put him back in tank and within 2 weeks not a mark on him all wiskers back 2
