lake isabella probably has places sorta like that or lone pine ca. we go fishing at whitney portals up in the mountains,it's beautiful up there. =)

You can!...all you have to do is start going to LFS, buy fish and start dumping them in all the lakes and rivers (go out of state or over the border for them too)

Do snakeheads too, so you can become the supplier of choice for the rest of the country.

Start now and your kids will thank you for that treasure trove of "natives" you've given them.

I was thinking the same thing.

You can go to Hawaii and catch all sorts of introduced cichlids as well.

I'm going to go netting in my buddy's back yard. He's got a little canal thingy out there and I've seen LOADS of little fishes, and lots of peacock.

Thats because crappie is tasty fish. :)
I have caught tons of catfish using young crappie for bait, they are
better then bluegill, although I won't toss back a good sized bluegill.
